Welcome to Laundry Project. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. 1. General Terms
1.1. All services are subject to availability.
1.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business for any reason.
1.3. By using our services, you confirm that all items provided for laundering are safe to clean and free of hazardous materials unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by the Laundry Project team.
2. Promotional Offers
2.1. The free trial offer is available only to eligible commercial clients, defined as businesses that require regular laundry services for operations (e.g., hospitality, fitness, and corporate sectors).
2.2. The free trial includes:
- Complimentary wash, dry, and fold services for up to 10kg of laundry.
- Free pick-up and delivery within the Melbourne metro area.
2.3. The free trial does not apply to domestic clients, Airbnb operators, or one-off laundry services unless otherwise approved by Laundry Project.
2.4. Terms of eligibility for the free trial:
- Clients must contact us to confirm eligibility before booking.
- The trial offer is valid for one use per client/business.
2.5. The free trial may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1. All prices listed are inclusive of GST and any applicable fees, in compliance with Australian consumer law.
3.2. Domestic clients are required to pay invoices in full prior to delivery.
3.3. Commercial clients may apply for an account to access agreed payment terms. Accounts are subject to approval and may include a credit check.
3.4. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may incur late payment fees, interest, and suspension of services.
4. Pick-Up and Delivery
4.1. Standard pick-up and delivery fees are $12.50 per order, unless otherwise specified or waived as part of a promotional offer.
4.2. Clients must ensure laundry items are ready for collection at the agreed time. Delayed collections due to unprepared items may result in rescheduling fees.
4.3. Delivery turnaround times are subject to the agreed schedule and depend on the volume and type of items provided.
5. Liability
5.1. Laundry Project is not responsible for:
- Damage to items caused by pre-existing defects, material flaws, or manufacturer recommendations not provided by the client.
- Colour bleeding, shrinkage, or wear and tear due to the cleaning process.
5.2. In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused by our negligence, our liability will not exceed the market value of the affected item(s).
6. Cancellations and Amendments
6.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation fees.
6.2. Changes to the pick-up or delivery schedule must be agreed upon at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Dispute Resolution

7.2. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and in compliance with Australian consumer law.
8. Amendments to Terms
8.1. Laundry Project reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all subsequent services.
