Yes! We will happily launder your pet's bedding and clothes with the same care we put into yours. This counts as an extra load as we wash pet items in dedicated machines designated for pets only.

Large items like doonas and blankets require their own wash and dry cycle and are charged as additional items to your laundry load.

Yes! We offer ironing as an extra service. Let us know exactly which items you want ironed at checkout.

We follow laundry best practices throughout our process.

Movement and detergent cleans laundry, not heat, so we wash on cold unless you request otherwise. This is better for the environment and is also recommended to prolong the life of your clothes.

Fabric softener is not included or recommended as it shortens the life of your laundry. If you request fabric softener at checkout we will add it to your wash.

We dry on low to medium heat, never high heat. This prolongs the life of your clothes and is less energy intensive.

Laundry Project is a wash, dry, and fold service only. Once your laundry is dry, our laundry experts neatly fold your laundry straight away and the effect is beautiful, smooth laundry that many of our customers say is as good as ironed.

We do not offer specialist mending or alternations at this time.

We cannot accept laundry that is unsafe as it may pose harm to our valued laundry experts.

We do not launder items soiled by bodily fluids beyond amounts found in a typical load of household laundry.

We do not launder items soiled by bedbugs, poisons, hazardous chemicals or materials.

Yes! We have a specialist team of experienced dry cleaners. Please separate the items you would like dry cleaned and label these clearly
